Position:  Sales Director, Talent Solutions

Job Summary:

The Sales Director, Talent Solutions will sell a web-based profiling/recruiting solution into the hospital enterprise/provider market as well as staffing firms across an assigned territory.

The successful candidate will be accomplished at both top down/c-level selling as well as horizontal/departmental sales experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue by prospecting, identifying, and developing new accounts
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Develop effective sales strategies for new regions and industry segments
  • Build culture and develop best practices within a growing sales/account team
  • Share market insights with the internal product and marketing teams
  • Travel as necessary

Requirements:

  • You are highly analytical with the ability to analyze competitors, develop winning sales strategies, assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers
  • You have demonstrated experience negotiating terms, structuring contracts and closing deals
  • You have an unparalleled ability to foster new relationships, penetrate new accounts and drive business growth
  • You can accurately assess pipeline and provide appropriate forecasting
  • You have at least 3 years of applicable experience and a reputation of being a top performer
  • Job Board/Social Media experience, particularly for healthcare professionals is a plus (linkedin, Monster, Careerbuilder, indeed, etc...)

Education and Typical Years of Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience selling into the enterprise market.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Competitive base salary based on experience
  • Uncapped commission structure.  Achievable year one quota.
